We are a non-profit organisation dedicated to the development of picture and sound post industry for film and TV.

Our association represents all the major picture and sound post-production facilities in Hong Kong. Our members, some of whom are acclaimed and award-winning professionals, have decades of experience in various analogue and cutting-edge digital picture and sound post techniques and most of them are still currently active in leading the film industry.

With both seasoned professionals as well as experienced young talents being our members, we strive to bring the quality of post-production for film and TV to be compatible with global standards.

2. Maintain and protect the rights and interests of members and the industry.

3. Promote communication and exchanges between members and the industry, enhance their collaboration to improve the professional standard of pictures and sound production. 

4. Promote public awareness and professional image of pictures and sound production.

5. Promote the talent and skills of Hong Kong pictures and sound production to overseas, explore potential market towards sustainable development of the industry 

6. Advise and assist different sectors of the industry to understand post-production processes.
